Questions? We have answers.

How does billing work?

Annual billing is the default and the best value; monthly billing is also available. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

What happens to my memories if I downgrade?

Your memories are never deleted. If you exceed your storage limit, you won't be able to add new memories until you free up space or upgrade.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We are committed to GDPR compliance.
